1-ON-1 Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal Training is where clients are encouraged and motivated to achieve their desired results. During 1-on-1 personal training, the client has 100% individualized focus. Clients will be pushed to the point of sweat-streaked exhaustion; the number one goal is for the client to accomplish his or her fitness goals!


Muscle toning with the T.H.F. (total health fitness) will provide clients with accurate and useful information for their muscle toning. Clients will learn the proper techniques and knowledge of abdominal exercises to prevent them from lower back pain as well as being adequate and effective in strengthening their core! 


Work out with me for 30 minutes a day!

  • Target your fat zones, flatten your abs, lift your butt and tone your thighs.
  • Work out with your computer, tablet, phone, smart TV or use our DVDs if that’s easier.
  • Login every day for your personalized workout. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, I have all new proven workouts for every fitness level – even an ‘in home’ walking workout.
