- Feminale' Fitness is accomplished by instituting many good habits. One is to maintain satiety in between meals. The other is making sure you like and enjoy what you eat. This salad is sure to do both. Check out this recipe:
Make Your Own Dressing:
3 TBSP Natural Rice Vinegar (this helps curb appetite), 1 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil, 2 TBSP Splenda (i like the natural Truvia blend), 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Salad
4 cups of iceberg lettuce (I like to grab the american blend package at Publix that has mostly iceberg lettuce)
1 1/2 cup spinach salad (i like the baby leaves)
1 large orange (navel or clementine)
One Serving: 1 1/4 cup
Just mix this salad all together and in a few minutes you have curbed your appetite enough to last you until the next meal and not to mention it is only 2 grams of fat per serving but loaded with vitamin B and C. The vinegar does the trick and can decrease your hunger by providing up to 4 hours of satiety until the next meal.
